[MIFI-2] Why can't my device find the MIFI's signal?

Reason 1: Your MIFI enters power saving mode (The MIFI will turn off the Wi-Fi when no devices are connected to it for 10 minutes, you need to press the power button to open the Wi-Fi.)

Solution: Please press the power button, then the device will turn on WiFi within 2 seconds. At this time, You can receive a WiFi signal.

Reason 2: Your MIFI is out of power.

Solution: Please use a 5V1A power adapter to charge your MIFI. It is best to use the Type-C cable that comes with the product box for charging. It takes about 3-4 hours to fully charge the device.

 

When the devices power indicator light is solid green, it means it is fully charged.

 

 

Caution: Do not charge for a long time, otherwise it will damage the devices battery.

 

Tips: If you need to connect to a power source for a long time, please remove the battery first.
