Q: the shape of house light in the device is off?

A：It is
possible that the default name of private network is modified or the
unencrypted mode is changed into the encrypted one in one of the devices, which
leads to lights off. Therefore, the devices need to be reset. Keeping
on pressing the Pair/Reset button up 6 seconds, and the shape of house light
blinking 3 times, the devices will restore default. (Two P200 connect PC
with cable respectively, open manage software and choose the option of Restore
to Factory Default in the setting
