There are following factors that could probably make this happen, find and try to solve
- 2.4/5G signal switch is not turned on;
- 2.4/5G WiFi is hidden;
- Change the channel of the 2.4g signal to 1,6 or 11 to see if it will improve, and for 5G is kind of special and you may turn to the tech support for help;
- Incorrect characters of SSID.
- Whether dual-frequency integration is supported or not;
- Check if set the WiFi schedule settings
- If all of these above are not useful, please reset the router.
