What should I do if I the repeater can’t extend the router successfully?
Repeater and extender supports AP mode and amplification mode:
The AP mode supports wire bridge, and the signal amplification mode supports wireless bridge.
- If it is not possible through WPS, try to choose the signal amplification mode (according to wireless situation) from the configuration interface of the repeater on the Web page of the computer to bridge the upstream router and see if it can be bridged successfully.
- If it still doesn't work, adjust the position of the device and get closer.
- If it still doesn't work, provide the software version of A33 and the video of the configuration process.
There may be compatibility problems with the upper router.
Diagnose procedure for bridge the router:
1. Check if the network connection is normal.
2. Confirm the model of the router and the working mode. (The connection mode with the upstream router)
3. Check if the expanded is successfully bridged with the upper-layer router. Is it wired or wireless?
4. Check the distance between the extender and the primary router
