What should I do if the cloud account doesn't show up & keep buffering?

There are at times you will meet the scenario like the cloud account keep buffering(See the pic below)

Before you turn to support, please troubleshoot the two things:

  1. Make sure the device are connected to the Internet
  2. See if can local manage the device through the App.

And if those two are satisfied, please provide the following things:

  1. Confirm the device model, current router firmware version, pic of the bottom label of the router
  2. The cloud account ID(See the pic above)

TIP:

  1. This one is not able to control the router from local management.
