What should I do if the cloud account doesn't show up & keep buffering?
There are at times you will meet the scenario like the cloud account keep buffering(See the pic below)
Before you turn to support, please troubleshoot the two things:
- Make sure the device are connected to the Internet
- See if can local manage the device through the App.
And if those two are satisfied, please provide the following things:
- Confirm the device model, current router firmware version, pic of the bottom label of the router
- The cloud account ID(See the pic above)
