Step 1: Check the power of the devices.
Step 2: Check the signal wire to the AP Mode device to see if there is internet (as shown below)
Step 3: Check the direction of the two OS3 devices to see if they are facing each other. This is the case that many customers encounter. For example, in the case above, due to unstable installation, the wind can cause damage change the direction of the two devices, causing the connection signal to be lost. In this case, you need to adjust the angle of the two devices to face each other, and adjust the installation to make the device more sturdy. The 2 devices must be facing each other as shown below:
