It’ll delete the bind relationship between device and APP, so you need to rebind it after you reset your device. And here are the steps whether you’re with or not with your device.
Step1:
Login to the tendawifi.com/192.168.0.1 with your mobile phone / computer, etc. connected to the router wire/wireless. And if you’re not with your router, you can try to remote it.
Step2
Go to “Advanced Settings”, and Click “Tenda WiFi APP”

Enable it first if it’s disabled. And then enter your Cloud Account and save it, and you’ll see it’s successfully bound on APP.
