(1)Network quality testing can be carried out through TDSEE APP
(2)Connect your phone to the same network as the camera and use the speedtest tool to test it.
2.The SD card is abnormal, causing the device to be blocked.
(1)Unplug the SD card, power off and restart the device (don’t rush to insert the card back during this process)
(2)After the device restarts, enter the live camera screen to see if it is normal.
(3)If it is abnormal, delete the device and rebind it.
(4)If the screen is normal, format the original SD card. The best solution is to replace the SD card.
