"Enter TDSEE" clicks IPC, but the monitoring screen cannot be previewed. You can check from the following aspects:
1.Check wireless IPC network connectivity
CP3 needs to connect to the router’s wireless signal. Please first confirm whether the camera’s indicator light is solid blue.
2.Confirm that the bandwidth is sufficient
Viewing wireless IPC monitoring images in online mode requires certain bandwidth support, and both the wireless IPC uplink bandwidth and the mobile phone downlink bandwidth must be ensured. Whether it is the uplink bandwidth of the wireless IPC or insufficient downlink bandwidth of the mobile phone, the monitoring screen cannot be previewed.
(1)If you are watching multi-screen, it is recommended to switch to single screen.
(2)The mobile phone can also try to change other connected Wi-Fi signals.
3.Confirm wireless transmission stability
Wireless transmission is easily affected by factors such as wireless interference or obstacles. It is recommended that:
(1)Close the distance between the wireless IPC and the wireless router and try to avoid obstacles.
(2)Modify the wireless channel of the router to see if it can be improved.
4. Restart or reset the wireless IPC. Resetting requires resetting the wireless IPC.
