Model Number: AC6 Question Classification: Internet Settings
Note: If you have no idea about what is the connection type of your network, please contact the ISP (Internet Service Provider) to confirm it.

1.Connect the broadband line to the WAN port of AC6, and then connect your computer to LAN1/LAN2/LAN3 port of AC6 by an Ethernet cable. Physical connection as bellow:
Step 1: Right click on Network Connection Icon on the system bar, then click on Open Network and Sharing Center.
Step 2: Click on Change Adapter Settings.
Step 3: Right click on Local Area Connection, then choose the Properties option.
Step 4: Double click on Internet Protocol Version 4(TCP/IPv4).
Step 5: Choose Obtain an IP address automatically and Obtain DNS server address automatically and then click on OK.
Step 6: Also click on OK at the last window of Local Connection Properties.
Step 1: Open a browser then type //tendawifi.com or 192.168.0.1 into the Address Bar, press Enter key on your keyboard. Click on “Login” and go to the configuration page of the router.
Step 2: Router will recognize your internet connection type as “Dynamic IP(DHCP)”, click on “Next”.
Step 3: Click on Wireless Settings, choose WiFi Name & Password, set the 2.4G & 5G WiFi’s name and password and the security mode of your WIFI signal, and set up 5-32 figures homepage login password. Click on “Save”. The reference as bellow.
Step 4: “Setup completely, router is connecting the internet, please wait.” Wait about 10 seconds, it will come out an interface.
Step 5: Enter the new login password that you set before. Click on “Login” and go to the configuration page of router.
Step 6: In the router’s configuration page, click on “Internet Setting.” Choose DHCP as the connection type. Check the connection status.
Login and then click on “Internet Settings” to check the connection status if shows “Connected! You can surf the Internet”, that means you are access to internet.
Note: when router is able to access the internet, you don’t have to click on “broadband connection”, but open the computer and surf the internet; If other computers need to access the internet, connect it to one of 1/2/3 ports, take a reference as step 2, change its local area connection to obtain an IP address automatically and obtain DNS server address automatically, then you do not need to setup the router again.
NOTE:
When the Connection Status Show Connecting, please try the steps as below.

2.Choose WAN settings, you will see a pop-up window.
3.In WAN Config, pelase choose Clone MAC Address in the drop-menu. Then click on on Save.
