Note:

1. Please check the model and version of your NVR before upgrading, and then select the corresponding NVR version to upgrade, the current firmware version need to be V12.1.1.XX, V12.1.5.XX or V12.1.6.XX.

2. - For devices with versions before V12.1.3.30, use a USB flash drive in FAT32 to upgrade. 

    - For devices with version V12.1.3.30 and above, use a USB flash drive in FAT32, NTFS, or exFAT to upgrade.

    GUI upgrade: Download the upgrade firmware, and unzip it to the root directory of the USB device. Log in to the GUI of the NVR, navigate to Maintenance > Device Upgrade > Local Upgrade, unplug the mouse, and then insert the USB device into the USB port, when the device detects the upgrade file, it will automatically upgrade your NVR.

    Web UI upgrade: Download the upgrade firmware and unzip it. Log in to the web UI of the NVR, navigate to System Management > System Maintenance > Device Upgrade > Local Upgrade, and select the BIN file of the upgrade file to upgrade your NVR.

3. During upgrading, do not directly unplug the USB device or cut off the power supply of the NVR; it may cause upgrade fails or damage the NVR.

4. US_KCT6-WCAV2.0fh_V11.1.1.35_en_TDE01.bin is the upgrade software for IPC (The upgrade method can be found in the attachment).

    US_N3W-4HV2.0mc_V12.1.7.12_multi_TDE01.bin & US_N3W-8HV2.0mc_V12.1.7.12_multi_TDE01.bin is the upgrade software for NVR (The upgrade method is as above).
