Q1: Can I plug in a power strip to the smart plug?
A: Of course, as long as the total power does not exceed 2400W.
 
Q2: Can the Smart Plug control multiple lights?
A: No, the plug only controls the one connected to it.
 
Q3: Does the Smart Plug block both plugs on the socket panel?
A: Possibly it does. Due to the design of the Smart Plug, it is recommended to place it in the top outlet so that the bottom one is usable.
 
Q4: Can I use Smart Plug on my TV so that Alexa/Google Home Kit can turn on/off the TV with voice?
A: No, most TVs go into standby mode when you turn them off. Since the smart plug shuts off all power once the TV is turned off it would need to be manually turned on after power is restored.
 
Q5: Can I ask Alexa " turn on the bedroom light after 10 minutes"?
A: Yes, but you should call the name of the smart plug you set before.
 
Q6: Do I need to buy Smart bulbs to be able to control lights with Alexa using your smart plug?

A: No, smart bulbs are not needed. The plug will control whatever is on the circuit that it's installed on, and Alexa will provide voice control for that device.


Q7: How many Smart Home products can be added and controlled by the Beli app?
A: There is no limitation.
 
Q8: Can I use Alexa or Google Assistant to set the timer function in the Beli app?
A: Google Assistant has no timer function, but you can do that via Alexa.

A: Yes, as long as you log in the cloud account which associated with the Smart devices on each phone.

A: Yes, if it’s still on the socket panel.
 
Q12: Do our Smart home products need to be in the same room with Amazon Echo/Google Assistant?
A: No, they don’t. As long as the plug and echo/google devices is connected to the internet, they can work as a unit.
 
Q13: Can multiple Smart Home products work with Alexa/Google Assistant? If so, do I need to use separate names for each product?

A: Yes, you must name those plugs differently.
